did you ride bicycle there? i heard the best way to see amsterdam is by bicycle
you can find amitabh bacchan's statue in madame tussaud, london.

No i did not ride any bicycle beacuse no one was ready to rent it to me because of my size:) Just kidding. Actually I was not so much motivated to ride a bike in rain and now I am pretty much used to the public transport system in Europe so I find it more convenient. I took a canal cruise though.

There are no windmills in Amsterdam only one was the souvenir I bought. I tried to get out of Amsterdam by renting a car but on Saturday all the cars were booked and the one i was getting were very expensive. Maybe next time.

well there are windmills in amsterdam, my brother went to amsterdam and i have some pics of the windmills.

Yeh there are windmills, I saw one just on the outskirts of Amsterdam while coming form Schipol airport.

By Amsterdam I mean the city centre and area around it. Not upto Schipol Airport:) There will surely be windmills in the suburbs.

The pictures reminds me of my cousin.... he's doing PhD (Agri.) and lives there. Seen some of these through his eyes (fotos). He might be back to soon... or maybe he's already there.

On a serious note I think you should make a stopover in Paris and see the city in 2 days. Its worth seeing..
