One thing that everybody missed out is the fact that old Toyota odometers read to the last rolling digit... This way, the odometer would return to 000000 after 999,999 KM. This car, according to its odo has done 133,862 KM and not 13 Thousand 3 Hundred and Eighty Six KM.
If we assume for a moment that it was a five digit odometer, then in that case the meter would reset to 00000 after every 99,999 (One Lac) KM, so we can never know whether this reading of 13 thousand is actually only thirteen thousand or one lac thirteen thousand or two lac thirteen thousand and so forth.
You are absolutely right Mr. Xulfiqar, the radiator speaks for its genuine running, along with the other things you have mentioned.
Having said so, the car still is definitely very well-kept, keeping in mind its age.
