We had Thai today.
Noodles with fried shrimps and peanuts.Sweet and sour chicken with boiled rice.Tom Yum Chicken soup, (but no pictures).
Taste was so so, the ambience was cr@p. This is one place to avoid at best. The Asia Restaurant on Sari Street in Jeddah. We went on someone's recommendation, and I will "unfriend" him shortly.
For afters, I went to Munch Bakery. The overall mood of the night had to be improved after a disastrous Thai adventure.We had Cheesecake, red velvet muffins, carrot and chocolate mini muffins. They gave a complimentary Vanilla Munch Pop to my little daughter. Here are some snaps.
I found them very fresh and a little on the sweeter side. A good bake to cheer up someone, but it does not have an authentic American feel to it. Overall, it is a 7.5/10 experience. It definitely has room for improvement.
