I was hungry so I headed towards the kitchen and what I thought was a food basket ...

turned out to be the prescription medicine box at home, right on top of the microwave. I felt cheated but continued my search...

I noticed something inside the deep pan

but it was crisps

Then I noticed some bags on the side of the fridge

and it was only peanuts.

I had some but it was not nearly enough

I saw a lid on the bbq grill and thought it was hiding something

but it only proved to be a lonely apple

the spare kitchen sink had a basket hiding something

and there was my first success

I tried the closet

but it had some little creatures

They ran off in different directions after getting found.

It seems one of them had diabetes because he helped himself to the sugar free cake rusks

I noticed a box on top of the fridge

and i found them to be dates.

I opened the fridge but the outlook was grim there....

I tried my luck at the bottom drawer that was supposed to hold the fresh vegetables and found some dry fruits stashed ....

I saw the milk and honey and a plan started shaping up...

I gathered everything together

Pistachio was salted so I had to clean it on a napkin that I had noticed earlier near the burner

Here's how they all shaped up on the plate.

and then they all went into the blender.

It was not sweet enough so I recalled the honey I noticed in the fridge.

I drizzled some

and the taste was awesome

That friends was the breakfast I made in cover of darkness on Sunday.

Tested Magnum 'at Centaurus' for the first time.

It was OK but definitely not worth the premium they charge.

Cinnabon however is a different story. Well worth it.

Cinnamon rolls from Cinnabons are nice but I found them very sweet. Almost too sweet, unless you take them with coffee.

Recipe for the Pasta please:)

Here is the Spaghetti Bolognese recipe since you asked nicely.

1. Add water to a large vessel and add salt and oil about 1 tb spoon each. Let it boil.
   
   

2. Pour litte bit of oil to another vessel and let it heat up. After 1 minute add some cummin seeds (zeera) about a pinch to fry it.

3. Add a bottle of tomato paste sauce to the warm oil. Add salt and crushed chilli and let it cook for a while. Turn off after it is thoroughly cooked and oil is mixed in tomato sauce.
   
   

4. When the water boils, add about 600 gms of spaghetti (or your favorite pasta) and allow it to cook while covered.
   
   

5. Once the spaghetti is "almost" cooked, take it off the heat and drain all the water out. You will know it is cooked, when it is so soft that you can eat it without chewing too much. If it is hard to chew, it is still uncooked. If it is too soft, well start again from step 1.
   
   
   
   

6. Next mix the spaghetti and tomato paste together and mix well. I tend to mix them in 2 steps. here's how: pour half of spaghetti and sauce on it, mix it well and then pour the other half and mix it too. This way, every portion is mixed well.
   
   

7. After mixing them, let it cook for 5 minutes at very low heat, so the sauce gets mixed in it.
   
   

8. Serve hot. You can sprinkle some oregano and grated parmesian (parmejani in Italiano) cheese on it for better taste.
   
   

9. Enjoy.
