Nashta from the past 3 days.
A couple of days back, at around 3AM, I unearthed kulfa brought by my younger brother hidden deep down the guts of the freezer, apparently forlorn and forgotten.

Yesterday, Ami decided to make Chicken Channay. I took some out after she boiled them to make quick chat for me as brunch.


Yesterday, I bought some Pomfret and fried it (yes for breakfast) but it didn't taste as good as peopled had said it would. Maybe someone here knows a better recipe than simply marinating in fry fish masala and shallow frying it. Maybe someone from Karachi or Bombaywalla can tell me a better way to cook Pomfret.


Lastly, after the fish, I had some snapples. I don't know who tricked snapples and sold oranges for mangoes or maybe they tricked me? It seems to have a citrus base.

I have never tried Kachnaar Qeema. I saw Kachnaar yesterday when I went out for grocery shopping but Ami said its not fresh. Mom is always right!
