You won't believe it, I just washed them put them on wooden skewers and started grilling then on medium heat. No spices added. Only 1 layer of charcoal below. 4 minutes on each side the took off and peeled it. Again 2 minutes on grill and they turned into the sweet most white meat.
Try it you will surely like it, you can squeeze a lime on it before eating or dip in mayo.
