Push any car beyond its limit and it'll end up like this,doesn't matter if it's mehran ,mark x or brabus.
Let's be honest it's not just Pakistan,we got problem with boy racers in uk as well specially here in Midlands,every so often we see the news of young boys killed while pushing the limit.

you dont find it odd - that the largest concentration of desis is in the midlands. This also happens in durban, ZA - too many desi folks there too. - We should be in the guiness book to be honest.

You are not wrong but most Asian young boy racers have sadly lost their life by injuries caused by not wearing seat belts.I remember few years ago on Eid day 4 young Pakistani men died and none of them was wearing belt. English kids are even worse but they have tendency of wearing seat belt all the time even in back seats and a lot of guys who love to speed have got crash cages installed in their cars.(if thats the right word).

not wearing a seat belt and speeding on public roads is literally playing russian roulette, you cannot always win.
