I can stretch this thread into hundreds of pages as I work with such every day, when you go about to "redefine" technology you have to put the rig to test to its max potential. e.g. I would load this car on a waterbrake dyno - connect this unit and let her rip under full load to maximum engine rpm and maximum transmission rpm - then also increase the load of the dyno, at this moment critical data is pulled and framed. Its the defacto standard all over the world.
just like the defacto standard of 2+2=4 - if you wish to challenge it then please do so according to the known and proven laws of universal mathematics.
now according to the screenshots this guy has rigged the MAP signal and regenerated the O2 signal, in this case the ECU is seeing the engine as having a giant leak in the manifold or the camshaft is really lopey causing no vacuum at idle (e.g. race engines) but this ecu is pretty "blind" too. Coming back to reality, the MAP sensor measures absolute pressure, when you show 5kpa - you are showing its near atm pressure, When this happens a factory set ECU will throw in the towel or raise a flag and in this case we saw the flag - it went to open loop again even at hot temperature - this is catastrophic in true essence.
anyway - as mentioned by ecu designer, most people in Pakistan - specially the scrap dealers believe that a revolving engine is good no matter if it cannot pull a 5 kg load, most turbo diesel 2L engines in Pakistan are sold with "converted" pumps from E type to manual type with no aneroid device to increase fuelling, They simply show the user that the turbo is spinning and end of story. They know they are trying to shove dirt in eyes as the pump they installed cannot increase fuelling on boost.
What happens is you then get an "eco diesel" engine - you see a turbo, hear a faint whine too but it never actually helps the engine pull hard like it should as the pump cannot provide the extra fuel (which is extra heat) to raise the resultant power of the engine.
I like to call that the "Pakistani turbo diesel" engine - which is 200% times worse than a chinese POS diesel engine that sounds like marbles - WHY? because the Pakistani one was based on lies.
