valuable informaton about diesel sir appereciate your approach sir in this matter as you are the only one who gave more chances to pull out some more creative thing's from the other's . ok now coming toward the topic sir as you had mentioned what about if we add some catalyst in the combustion chamber it will also help's in reducing total combustion temperature + 98% fuel in the chamber will also be compleatly burn without the chances of high temperature's losses . and also it will compensate the low fuel power situation where engine need's to deliver more pulling power but due to low fuel it cannot deliver it so in the presence of catalyst w can pull out about 20 - 40 % of milage increase without suffering the power loss.

Propane injection in diesels is a mature technology in its own right, but that is nowhere near what is being claimed with the CNG Hybrid system here. And just like the claims with the previous EC1 system, these present claims are BS.

manufactures i.e volvo ...vauxhall.. have produced lpg petrol cars..there budget is in the millions ..if what u are saying has any benefit dont u think ... manufactures or even after market tuneing companys..lpg companys..anybody involved in the car industry..would have used this idea and moved forward with IT..MY ADVISE .. GIVE IT A REST..MOVE ON ..STOP MAKEING A FOOL OF YOUR SELF..

wow that is great valuable info for diesel sir. About at this point I was recommending peaople for the use of Branded Oxy Gas kit with diesel and by using EC1 we only reduces the minor amount of fuel at wide range's of throtle . but if we can more compensate the EFI diesel mixture and add an catalyst combine with the Oxy Gas it can create extra ordianary result's ...... great idea sir g you are a genious. but unfortunatly I had to inject the catalyst through vvP pressure pump before the turbo. what is your plan . sir

you are using a CNG/LPG mix - at what system pressure? both gases have different storage pressures

you cannot compensate for diesel EFI fuel load control as the injection is not like a petrol EFI, in CDI diesel you are dealing with crazy high pressure - one mistake and you need to have your fingers amputated - or sometimes the engine will do it for free for you.

CDI injectors have a pilot burn and a power burn - this is constantly changed throughout the rpm range and boost pressure. You cannot apply a linear rule to it.

introducing LP or CN gas to aid in the fuel burn of an otto cycle engine is not possible in any reliable way. what you showed with your dibbi setup was a living cadaver in medical terms.

diesel cycle engines benefit from the gas as it acts as a catalyst to spread the flame evenly - usually only at dead cold temperature or under very high load - imagine a mercedes benz 4000E groaning under load in BFE Alaska lugging a full box on a gradient from standstill.

Trying to catalize otto cycle - you will create major havoc. It has been tried by thousands of people around the world and they have failed.

not done a project yet on CDI diesel will do a test run on an benz cdi as next month we will be able to have the back up part's for that vehicle also so what do you suggest to try with the linear diesel pump combining with the LPG compressed at 300psi but unfortunatly it will be decompressed at the pressure of 0.5psi before injecting in the turbo inlet.

Let me guess: The evidence will be presented "later"?

There should a name for this phenomenon....

you own a GTD - and you know what level of rummaging in the bin was done by VW to make the famous 1.6 diesel. Used the old petrol block and made it diesel (still uses a cam lobe on the oil pump jackshaft) They even used the damn thing for a portable compressor where two cylinders run as a diesel engine and 2 run as air compressor only. They even tried to build an electric+1.6 diesel hybrid once to make a car go 100 mpg.. it was not put into production. They made a dozen or so 1.6 petrol engines for different markets - even one to run on 85 octane petrol.

you think the guys in wolfsburg wouldnt have thought of this.

sir what if we both will do it what the rest of the world cannot do in the case of diesel as I already had did it in the Gasoline engine's .
by your vision we can create a amazing start to this project .. as the diesel is the most economical fuel in the whole world rathan than here.

When you do the benz CDI - hook up a star DAS to it. and make a movie of it too. - Your proposition of injecting gas into the turbo is downright suidicidal - you are trying to compress LPG with air and move it through the piping???

There is a concept of common sense work safety which is lacking here.
