Last time, I had stopped here for tea and the molvi owner was generous enough not to charge me for the cup of tea though after 5 minutes he had traded the tea with a lift to Jaglot.....there is no free meal in the world except in your home.
His lawn right on KKH has superb views of nanga Parbat and that is why I wanted to have one hour stopover. His business is dead now when he told me that tea and meals are no more available. I wanted to use bathroom that he opened for me only to show the rooms where I may stay for night. Wash basin was very dirty and I came out requesting for waddoo for prayer. With cold attitude, he said there is no facility for waddoo. I started wondering how this molvi himself offers five time prayers.....a day.
This is dilemma of us Muslims......we pretend to be Muslims but never practice Islam. I have no grudge with molvis, it is just that last time during lift to Jaglot, he had told me that kids from his area come to his house for learning Quran.
I left the place..... not knowing that Allah has arranged for me to pray in a mosque.
