i believe in october there will be snow fall at babusar but not that much that could create problem in crossing it till the end of october. for the exact info, you can call some hotels in naran to confirm. you will get phone numbers of naran hotels on google.
little snow fall or little rain won't be a problem. but especially heavy rain could cause landslides so better to travel in clear weather. some areas are quite prone to landsliding towards chilas >> gilgit when it rains. but a relief that the rainy season is almost over (naran gets unpredictable rains though) so it will be a smooth travel, Insha Allah.
