I have been experincing a very strage problem.. apparently my sound system was working fine.. bt one day i heard some strange sound from one of my speakers and saw smoke.. its coil got burned... i changed the coil and when i put it back, it started making the same weird noise plus the speaker started to vibrate very harshly.. and when i put it to the other side, it was fine..

Wht can be the problem? amp? wiring or speakers?

My Amp is Blue LAser 1500 Watt 4 Channel, And speakers Kenwood 6982,

Plz help..

i Have this problem... Im using Addzest cassette players,But as soon as i turn the switch off,it forgets everything.Time,Radio channels,base etc every setting.,... so that i ahve to reset everything agagin everytime... Thats v horrible... Any solution or should i through it out?...thanx

m runnning my Kenwood 6950 speakers on this amp......i just took the amp out last nite played with the two knobs n found that sound quality got lowerd as a turned down the "GAIN" n "SET"

i have heared that GAIN shoudnt be more than 60% ?? but agar thora bhi gain kam kerta hoon to sharpness khatam ho jati hai bilkul speakers se......so i set both of them on fulll ? is it ok ?

i am using these in my Alto cng with a sealed box. how can i enhance lo bassamp is King vox working gud.... using player with PSP on an cassette adopterdo i chnage woofer , sealed box , player or ampguide manMaggi if u c this i need u too

looks like ur amps gone. get it checked properly.

wrong wiring. get it checked from the person u installed it.

the kenwood amp is good as long as its working. all the old D class amps use a different mosfet which is not available in pakistan and use a "brain" card which is very difficult to identify the fault.

2) i cant see whats written on the amp. however , gain depends totally on what volume u like to listen to. if u want it to be loud in low volumes , then set gain high. but if u like to crank the volume up to 35-40 , then keep it low.

i tunned it and got to know that i get good sound only when i turn them both up to max......and i usually listen on 19-20 volume !

if u want to run on 1 ohms load , then 15D anytime!. (see for maggie thread for ohms config.) . some pro on solid audio would be its easier to repair , has more power , its stable till 1 ohms load .

and yes 20 volume is fairly low , so i suggest u should crank up the gains. (but see u dont pick up engine whinning noise).

option 1)

i thought about buying a alpine pre the one which is coming in gli and new city.. for 5 k

option 2) as my car has a kenwood 10 cd changer i can go for a kenwood pre with ipod and usb support for 8 k

option 3) suggest me any cool pre , kenwood, alpine or pioneer within 8.5k

option 4) i have a pioneer 5000 which came in altis
can i use it ?

i have a budget of 3.5 to 5.5 k for speakers just tell me which one to get! and i will !

i might me confusing, there is lots of confusion in my head

get pioneer with subwoofer option for future upgrades.

i think pioneer 6992 or 82 are good speakers. try them.

for a cheap solution i buy oxygen amp but didnt like it much so i returned it back ...

yaar could u again pls help me in buying 4 channel amp want to run pair of spakers and woofer... me busy these days cant able to meet rafiq ...

if he has any reasonable in used do let me know ... not much expensive remember and not solid audio f47 etc as want to keep it under the car seat

if tunning frequency is set to be 42 hz ?
Subsonic filter , from 40hz to 15hz

i dont wanna make it too low , cause i dont have trunk to feel vibration , but wanna hear that low deep bass on jbl 1202

Hi to All, I have Suzuki Margalla car, & I have Creative Inspire 5200 5.1( 5-Speakers with 1-subwoofer) home use, Can I connect to these spkers to my Car. bcoz Car Battery ouput voltage is 12VDC. The Subwoofer operates on 12V AC input voltage. is any Invertor to Convert 12V DC to 12V AC. speakers pic available at below address.

Hello Audia master..i have honda civic vti 2005,..its cd changer is skipping the cd tracks and sometimes it gives horibble noise of the sound...i dont know what to do ..looking forward..

wats ur budget? i have MA audio. its 200x4 rms at 2ohms. its a really good amp its for 12,000

I have installed Kenwood DDX7039 Car entertainment system in reborn civic and using it with the orginal speakers (that came with the car pre-installed). The issue is I am not happy with the sound!

I do not listen to very loud music, I hardly go higher than 45% of the volume on the current system, not like excessive low and high frequencies ... but at the same time I consider myself a serious music listener and enjoy quality sound.

I can tell I need to change the speakers but which speakers should I buy? is there a need to buy the amp to improve the quality.
