Any CCIE here?

I am thinking to start preparing myself for the CCIE exam. Yeah only 10% able to pass this exam.
Lets dicuss here if sombody has done some other certifications of Juniper and Cisco.
I have my JNCIA exam scheduled on 8th Jan then I will give my JNCIS.

i m CCNA,didnt gave exam though,i thought there were only 6-7 CCIE's in Pakistan,in which 4 belongs to corvit networks??????

there are 22 registered CCIE in Pakistan according to cisco web site, how come you are a CCNA and didn't gave exam?? can you give me TIPS n TRICKS to become CCNA without giving exam please???

the 22 "so-called" CCIEs in pakistan havent appeared for any of the lab tests which happens to be the real deal so, its illegal for them to call themselves a CCIE. The lab preparation for CCIE usually requires the candidate to spend thousands of dollars to just buy used CISCO equipments in order to get hands-on experience. 95% of the CCIE certified professionals had to take out a PERSONAL LOAN from bank to finance the lab part. So, why did these 22 guys not appear for a lab test? because fairing the verbal test is quite enough for a person to get a decent job in pakistan or in some african countries so, the lab part wasnt worth a hassle for them....

all these 19 are active passed lab and theory test...otherwise they will not be on cisco site

and btw as of today they are 19 active (22 were there some time ago) cisco site also tells total number of ppl who were active and didn't renewed

o, i just realized that they have updated the database recently..otherwise there was "written only" posted in front of 22. i might have a saved copy of that too, lemme check for it first...

i started work on CCIE but got busy everywhere, so i left WAN with just CCNP done lolz i had forgotten i was CCNP , havent upgraded my resume since long.

Levin, I did not know u were into networks other than cars too..

I certified CCNA prepared and taught CCNP routing labs in Corvit in year 2000. Did not appear for any ofthe CCNP exam though and I dont know about 22 only written CCIE's from Paikstan, but 4 completed CCIEs are from Corvit Network, Lahore

i prepared CCNA(still have to give exam) from corvit from Kashif-ul-haq,thinkin about doin CCNP and then go for CCIE but not now after graduation btw CCNP starting from 14 jan by Haroon Malik

CCIE is increased day day because corvit giving them dumps to get it and go
their pratical level is just CCNA level ...i know these also not know ECNM (Enterprise cisco management network)

In this field practical is more important than theoretical
