OK, important concerns raised by @chinyoti Most of my daily traveling is between Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Avg. speed is between 60-80 KM. Other than that all traveling is intercity with speeds less than 80kmph. I do have one question though. If you have had the opportunity of driving a JDM alto, would you recommend JDM alto non-turbo over PKDM? Don't know if the suspension is the same as JDM. I do have the option of buying a 24k driven 2017 model JDM. I did a test drive PKDM and found the suspension to be perfect for Pakistani roads.

@pwuser158913575038 I liked WagorR's and Alto's suspension. Are you saying that suspension of cultus is noisier than alto and wagonR on bumps and cat-eyes etc.?

@faakhir19 I went for a test drive of Picanto, Cultus, and Alto. Everyone knows the pros of Picanto, but it has a pretty bad fuel average, and the CVT has a very loud rev sound and that is not acceptable for me.

Picanto has simple auto not cvt
Drive Cultus as well. AGS is a jugaar transmission which is sold here as auto but it is not in actual.

My bad, but that simple auto was really noisy. I did drive alto AGS, it's not smooth but its as good as manual. I don't have a problem with the gear switching.

Ah no im not saying that its noisier. It is just a bit harder than alto and it generates lesser body roll. Thats all.

Comfort wise the Japanese CVT would be a better choice. But then CVT has it's own issues.

If you have to opt btwn AGS Japanese and AGS Pakistani better to go for a brand new one.

The transmission of Alto pkdm is very pathetic, whenever the car changes its gear it gives jerk and that makes the car ride very uncomfortable
I am not sure about the cultus haven't driven it, but i suggest go for Passo, you will not regret it at all.
It has CVT, biger cabin space, more features, good fuel average.

CVT is very reliable transmission if the oil is changed timely and u use the correct oil. I am using wagonR CVT from last 4years and after 75k transmission response is the same as when imported at 4k.

It must be 2019, it had 20k+ on meter and was the official test drive car of suzuki central motors

so that jerky gear shifting is because of wrong gear oil in transmission, SAE 90 which is wrong grade, please test drive car in which 75w is poured, the correct grade, or car with march 2020 or later invoice

Actually paksuzuki dumb mechanics used to pour wrong grade and because of that many owners were upset of jerky gear shifting
After gear oil change, this issue settles and car shifts like manual

With wrong gear oil, sae 90, both cars give heavy jerks, but with proper 75w, jerks are negligible, even it's hard to feel when it shifts from 1st to 2nd, just like manual car
(Based on real life experiences after gear oil change)

The transmission seems very jerky. The dealership is saying the transmission oil is 90W. How reliable is the 75w info and why is suzuki not talking about it

Check manual of the car. For AGS variant 75W is recommended.

The difference is zameen asmaan ka faraq.

I have October 2019 Alto. I recently got 75W oil in it. And its a alot better now. 1 to 2nd gear is Slightly felt, but the jerk isn't there. Just a change of gear as you feel in any old automatic transmission car.

Simply speaking 90W oil is around rs.450 a liter while 75W costs around rs.3000 a liter.

What is your feeling??? Either company filled gear oil 90w in automatic transmission. And now filling with 75w oil. You feel great in drive.

I have Alto AGS bought in Aug, 2020... Its now 11k driven out of which 9k driven on highways throughout Pakistan... First time i took it from Quetta to Islamabad, then to Gilgit-Babusar top-Hunza and then Back to Islamabad then from Islamabad to Peshawar and back to Islamabad... Then from Islamabad to Sialkot and then Kartarpur... Then from there to Lahore-Multan-Sukkur-Sibi and Back to Quetta and that trip was almost 6500km... Then 2nd time i took it from Quetta to Lahore then to Karachi just a few days ago... My experience has been tremendous... Its given 25-27 avg on long routes and 18-22 within City... I am driving it throughout on 0w20 since the day i got it brand new from showroom... This dinki is awesome albeit high priced
