if what you say is true then the entire business model of battery manufacture in Pakistan is either corrupted, bad or just trying to get away with inferior products. CCA, CA and RC are the universally understood factors of battery rating, just like any motor manufacturer provides you watt rating, any lube manufacturer provides scar test result, TBN rating, flash point, shear strength,,, any cable manufacturer tells you the limiting ampacity of a cable.. They dont just write the model no. and never tell you what it means, How would you like if Atlas Honda sold you a 50cc motorcycle and you assumed it was a 125cc because they would not tell you.
A battery manufacturer is bound to disclose the CCA, CA and RC of SLI (starting, lighting and ignition) batteries - which is all what the Pakistani manufacturers produce. You may slap, CNG, UPS or even write "tight maal" on the battery - it doesnt make it a worthwhile input.
Lets for arguments sake beleive that you dont have any documentation of production or any testing (I wonder how Exide got the ISO standards) how do you guys actually test a battery if its bad. e.g. If I take a brand new Exide Brand suzuki mehran battery and connect it to a boat trolling motor and lug it for 20 minutes, It will completely kill the battery. I carry it to your authorised shop to get a brand new replacement - HOW do you test it and against what sort of data - as you claimed that no manufacturer has bothered with such data.
I may sound rude - but I do know that Exide Pakistan have some sort of "muscle" license to prevent battery imports. I have seen this in person where a person from Exide Pakistan Ltd was arguing of "fektary, mulaazmeen etc etc" and could not answer that they do not produce similar batteries that were being imported by a certain business owner. In short the guy had no idea of any sort of battery chemistry, rating, shape, purpose or use. Later on the customs official got some phone calls, some transfer of money and the goods of the businessman who was importing the Varta and Bosch batteries were put on hold for about a year, storage costs and battery decay caused the guy to never do business in Pakistan - and he literally left the country after a couple of years.
Reason to ask these ratings is that SLI batteries have purpose to start an engine from cold, as soon as they fire they get recharged. They usually die if deep cycled like what a UPS does to a battery. similarly a deep cycle battery is pretty useless in a vehicle.
