Purchased volta battery for corolla 2012, it is small in physical size than the perevious one, it's smaller than the battery tray on which it sits on. Also the metal structure that holds the battery in place is also a bit small and the battery does not properly lock in it, There is a gap however it is stable and does not move. Are there any disadvantages of this?

Pakistan Moves on EXIDE

just bought NS-44 AH yesterday, the previous one was FB 48 AH, lasted only 8 months , although it never developed low water level or carbon on terminals. What could be the possible reason for it ?

FB sounds a good brand to me and i was expect it to last a year and hlaf atleast

Batteries in western countries last 6-8 years. Wonder why they last hardly 2 years in Pakistan ?

make deep cycle batteries why dont exide being the top company in pakistan can do it

Just bought exide NS210Plus....
Dealer was saying it is the newest model in 210Ah exide battery,,,just want to know how many plates are there in this model... NP210 had 25 plates btw as per specification sheet...this model was not present in the sheet although NS200plus was there and it was written to have 27plates....

this is the new model of NS200 plus with same 27 plates but with better Quality and enhanced back up, the dealer might have old price list, this NS210 plus model is introduced in the market a few days ago

Hi @xulfiqar and everyone,

I have a Mercedes Benz, year late 1999, C180, W202. It has number of electrical problems. The worst problem so far that I am facing right now is to get rid of BAS light which is consistent. I have replaced the brake light switch, steering angle sensor, yaw rate sensor and lateral acceleration sensor.

I connected it with the Carsoft v7.4 code reader. My ESP is ok now and no error codes, however I still have BAS light on in the instrument cluster with error codes B1042 which refers to CAN communication error with BAS unit.
With (ME) I get code P0341.

There were many other electrical problems related to PSE, EIS and Instrument cluster. I got rid of them after I replaced the old AGS battery with Volta MF100. Moreover car heater which was not working before now works fine.

I believed that remaining errors would also go away if I change the Volta battery to some Imported ones like Acdelco and I did that and spent 25000 PKR to buy 100AH , 850cca SMF acdelco. Some of the electrical errors that I got rid of came back again when I connected the code reader.

Now I believe that Acdelco battery is plain rubbish.

Can you please recommend a battery for my Mercedes Benz year 1999, c180?
