Depends on location
But Generally US is cheaper in my opinion

20 hours/week is the maximum you can work during your full time studies. In Summer you can work full time which is 40 Hours... So do rest of calculations your self

Few people asked about PR and Nationality.
PR = Permanent Residency
You are allowed to work, come and do what ever you want to in Canada but your passport would be previous. In order to keep the residency active, you have to stay for 2 years within 5 years..and go on
In order to claim nationality / Passport, you need to stay here for 1000 days in five years . Then you apply and get them in like 12-18 months. These times vary

salam bro m doing electrical engg. and planing for M.eng from university of Alberta .
I have some queries. Firstly is it easy to get admission as i just fulfill their eligibility criteria?
Secondly there are a lot of rumors tht getting student visa for Canada is very difficult so is it true?.
my two khalas are residing in Toronto is it any kind of advantage to me for getting student visa?
and i dont want to waste my time after getting my degree and thn start the process for this ,so when would be the suitable time to start this process??
I am in 5th semester of engg. and will complete my engg. at the start of jan 2013 or end of Dec 2012
I know I am asking alot but would appreciate for sorting out my queries.

Admission requires some effort for usually it is granted because you are international student and main revenue stream for them
Getting Canadian Visa is difficult, if you does not seems to be Genuine Student. Visa depends on many things. But if you prepare your application in a proper way,chances of success are higher?
Real khalas means sisters of Your father ? If yes, then they would only have effect on your immigration through federal program. Not on the visa.
You should apply after you are done with your degree and have completion certificate. Reason being, you have a good time after your degree to get into Fall session.
