Here's my 2 cents. Having a Complete range of bikes offered is one step through which Yamaha can revive their brand in pak. The 150cc market has been left open by yamaha for Honda and suzuki to take advantage of. Just like Honda and it's CB150F, Yamaha's portfolio in China has some bikes that could be potential candidates like the YBR150/150Z, YS150 etc. As you go to higher segments, the buyers also get smarter; they will flock to the best product, period.
Yamaha must also have a premium offering, something like an FZ could serve as a halo product and could even develop its own market niche. Provided, they can avoid blunders like Gixxer SF and CB250F; Suzuki slapped an unrealistic Pricetag on an otherwise decent product and Honda chose to import a run of the mill 250 all the way from Brazil instead of something like a CBF190R from China which would've been much much cheaper and aesthetically, more desirable. If yamaha can avoid these mistakes, it'll do just fine.
Lastly, if Yamaha can increase it's 3s dealership network, that could take care of a major concern ppl have when buying a Yamaha.
