Appex Motors Scam/Fraud in Islamabad and Multan

Respected Friends.

Me and many other people have been scammed by Appex motors Islamabad. Darweshullah Khattak and Hamza Aqil and some other people registered a fake company on the CNIC of a fake person. They said that provide cars on installments with 25% downpayment. I payed Rs. 625000/- as downpayment. Similarly more than 100 people gave them money. Now they have eaten more than 50 crore and ran away. When we goto police and launch FIR then they come and say that they were just employee. Catch the real owner. We have all the proofs and everything but nobody is listening to us not even FIA. Please guide us, how can we get our money back. Thank you and Jazakallah.

I'm sorry for your loss brother, sorry I won't be able to offer any good advice but yea .... welcome to pakistan, nothing's going to happen. Forget about the money & move on. My friend use to say "mistake is another word for experience". Learn from this experience & stop trusting everyone or anyone. Always check reviews of a certain shop on google & other platforms. Here's a another tip ~ family and friends, ye sab se phele maarte haay. The screenshot suggests that appex motors has been scamming for years, prolly along with our so called "muhafiz". Again, I'm sorry but yea don't expect this case to solved anytime soon.

This happens when:

1) You fall for too good to be true trap.

OR

2) you dont do your research work on who you are dealing with.

Financing / leasing in pakistan by the companies other than Banking institutions or Non banking finance institutions is illegal.

And

if it is a straight up installment scene without any financing or interest element then one should'nt be stupid to be oblivious of the logic that why would someone tie up their money for providing cars on installment to someone else. This is straight up 2+2.

In such scams, people giving them money are equally to be blamed.

making complaint to any govt platform is like getting Goldfish trapped. That dept will make a deal with accused and accept a plea bargain. all affectees may only get 10 of amount they submitted as advance, that too in 3 to 5 years time

NAB needs 100, applications to launch an enquiry but unfortunately many people are not serious and we r unable to collect 100 or more peopel
