Just called ENERCON office. they told that there is one tune-up center in Sialkot, address is given below,

Thanx for your help i did call at enercon and no one was attending the phone than i called at Islamabad and they gave me the number and did called again at Fiat Sialkot Motos and they said we don't deal with CNG cars.
I think i will go lahore to see ENERCON
