i am sad to read about this.

a pakwheeler had also cheated me back in august. it was a similar story...that they were in perfect working condition...but they were not!

and guess what...i proved it with pictures how badly repaired they were. but that Fvc*ing member was not banned...hehe.. i have been careful since than.

like kevin said...rely only on powersellers and not random posters. i am sad to learn that AQ did this. i have sold stuff to him, and he seemed like a decent guy...

@1234....i think splfanatic is right. ur passing off ur spoilt sub to another poor guy - without saying its repaired...infact ur saying its like new so ur no better than AQ.

you know what i did to the repaired components i got? i sold them to a shopkeepr for rs1.5k (bought for 6k) and told shopkeeper that they were repaired...

bro u can go and check out my thread, i updated the status of the sub as soon as got to know that its repaired secondly the outer condition of the sub is is like brand new thats what i said

nd i have sold 3 mobiles on internet. once one buyer called me nd he was facing sm problem in my mobile so i returned him his money and sold it to the other person who never faced any problem in mobile cuz there wasnt any...for small amounts fraud one day u get to pay double than that nd the respect is aiweeen decreased......!!..so i never spend the money until a week so a buyer is completely satisfied...!!

The real solution would be that buyer and seller should share the amount and get the sub repaired. In this way no hard feelings from both sides!

I think the seller should get the subs back and get some deducation on the orig amount as depreciation for being used by the buyer. SAy if the buyer paid 5k thn seller shud get his subs back n pay the buyer 4 or 4.5 k.

Rest we have nothing to do if buyer was sending it further or not like some members pointed it out. Let resolve the main issue first and thn we can dig the integrity of buyer as well. Had I been the seller in question I would have taken it back n refunded the amount with slight deduction.

How do i set up my R4i gold card? Can I use a R4i card in the new DSI XL console? I got it from a backer and he has a only one games on it but it won't work in the service of me because I acquire a 3ds.
