my father, my brother and my mother were my main pipeline to fill my pockets but i became a pipeline very soon after i got married.
still my other friends who started with me are kind fo struggling where i am having a blast where my employer pays me above industry avrage by posting on pakwheels. and commercial success is one of the mot apparent indicator of the blessing which comes with the marriage.

U r right pay slip is not the mere indicator. But no one gives his daughter to a person whose pockets are filled by parents. Future prospects of the person are mere consideration

Married now for almost a decade, have 2 children MashAllah. My salary at the time was about 10k now around 70k and wife around 50k.
I think 26 plus is a good age if you are employed. If you can afford it can be even before this; and arranged marriage is my preference simply becoz in every marriage there are upheavals and if it was a family decision then it will be the family's problem to solve those problems......

yea...and i agree with him. in fact have seen glaring examples in my own close family/friends supporting this theory. My point was to expose the lighter aspect of it...i.e, of clarifying the difference between PAY CHECK and INCOME

my father in law paid for every thing and my dad still curse me for that today and i enjoy when my mym scolds him when he scolds me.

Joke apart,

I strongly believe that decision of marriage should be in hands of parents. Even if they say that they will act on our recommendation, we should force them to take this decision at their own. They have spent their whole life in meeting people, even they must have been involved in solving marital larai jhagray! So they know what kind of partner is suitable for us. We usually look at the face and adaaen which the girls show, but grossly ignore the other factors. In our society the girl not only married to a single person! She has to look after the entire family of the boy.
