so apparently it shows that ptcl is problematic ........ but i want input of some more members specially those using other connections ....... using ptcl it only shows processing bar and says it will take few minutes to download but that few minutes will never end...... i even waited for half an hour ........thanks to marx, perkypir and supra lover for initial inputs

Using ptcl BB and telenor EDGE. Google play was totally dead, started working yesterday....
Sign in to play store was successful but no download.

Facing the same issue using my computer and phone (no play store), using PTCL DSL, facing the issue ever since the youtube block.

If you know a little about networking you can access your routr and change the proxy settings to a diffrent address which win turn will make all websites (play, drive, youtube, etc) work on your phone and computer.

Yeah it's the problem only with PTCL. It's working on micronet and nayatel.
If anyone want to run Play store on their android phones. Check out this thread.

It's 100% working. I have tried it by myself and tried on other 2 phones. this method is working.
One more thing. It doesn't work on galaxy s3 unfortunately.
