Xulfiqar bhai Hello hope you're doing fine, just wanted to ask, my car is running very rich,its a 5afe fixed the o2 sensor, was good on the first day but now its the same,Corrected the timing as i am no longer using CNG,removed the cng blockage,the only thing wrong with it is the wrong serial no. map sensor as i could not find it in this shitty shuba i was defending all the time, sorry for that though! Can i have some help pls?

@Xulfiqar bhai I changed the coolant and performed all the steps to bleed the air of of the system.Now the radiator's upper hose gets squeezed when the engine is cold.What to do now?
Car in question is Toyota Passo 2013 1KR-FE

Sir this one came with the car, is it right? Will it affect the economy of the car? Also someone told me that A/T ecu will bound the engine's power and M/T will have better performance in MT cars

Nah man they just kept telling me that serial no. does not matter and that the blue map sensor is the best in the world,only colour matters. But i still insisted and they failed to find the original 5afe map sensor. And i can feel my car running rich, its giving me something like 7km/l

there is more to running rich than a map sensor on an old toyota, is the wiring correctly hooked up?

is the engine running at normal temperature? (if its cold the engine will run rich)

if the start signal is missing the engine will run rich.

if the FPR is leaky the engine will run rich. Find a good mechanic and ask him to look up the VF values from the diagnosis box, it presents a voltage value instead of %age of fuel trim.

Yes xulfiqar bhai the engine runs at normal temp where the needle reaches the middle, fpr is not leaky though engine has an oil leak, the revs are okay , some rpm dropping happens but i haven't cleaned the iscv yet so that might be it and mechanics are like "High fuel consumption? Lets change the injectors"
Btw the engine makes some clicking noise ,electrician said it's injector's noise and it's normal.

Xulfiqar i have same concern of fuel mileage which is getting worse. i did wiring repair and everything is fine but still fuel consumption is high fuel injection rate at idle is 3 ms . i am attaching scanner data OF CITY

LET ME KNOW CAN I USE POTENTIOMETER IN PLACE OF IMA SENSOR AS IMA SENSOR IS ALSO A POTENTIOMETER. IMA SENSOR IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MARKET.

Bhai how should we actually service a bike carburettor? - if we really should lol.

I have Honda CG 125. In 10 months i have never taken it to any mechanic and been doing all the services myself the tappets adjustments, air filter service, chain adjustments etc. But i never touched the carburettor - following the principal 'Don't Fix it if it ain't broke' lol.

AOA xulfiqar sir hope you are doing well I recently bought a a g11 charade having a cl61 turbo diesel (a big headache as per mechanics lol) I am facing a bit issue with it oil pump has stopped working all lifters are jam now turbo was removed by previous owner (mention because I think that maybe oil line was blocked in such a way that it has effected oil flow in head)

Aoa. Car is 8th gen vti oriel prosmatic. In morning when I start the car, just after a minute, both cooling fans kick off, even the heat indicator dots are towards cold. Then both cooling fans keep on running all the time. Tvalve is present, blue honda coolant is present. Experts are requested to comment, please.

Xulfiqar bhai need urgent helpp about clutch cylinders, changed both cylinders upper and lower still clutch sits after a while of driving, before changing the lower cylinder clutch would not work when the car was cool but after driving a bit in single gear it was soft as halwa but after changing the lower one located on the gearbox now clutch will work when car is cool but after driving it will sit and stop working helppp pls

@Xulfiqar, I hope you're in good health.

My W204 C180 Kompressor is giving me an indication for a B5 service. I called Shahnawaz to inquire what they exactly do in that service and they gave me an incomplete reply by saying its just a general service where they top up fluids and change filters where necessary but Google says otherwise.

In the past 6000KMs of ownership, I've changed the following things:

1. OEM spark plugs.
2. OEM transmission fluid.
3. OEM transmission fluid filter (they called it transmission packing for some reason).
4. OEM engine oil filter.
5. Traxxas brake pads (they produce less brake dust so I didn't choose OEM)
6. OEM brake wear sensors.
7. OEM air filter.
8. Engine oil changed just 800KMs ago.
9. Engine tune up (throttle linkage etc).
10. OEM (brand new) coolant.
11. Cabin filter was changed about 4000KMs ago.
    (Plus some other things I don't exactly remember)

Keeping in mind that most things have already been replaced, what else will be done in the service? I'm planning on having the brake fluid, rear differential fluid replaced and have the throttle linkage cleaned. Would this be advisable considering its 90,000KMs driven now and has done only 15,000KMs in Pakistan since import?

The air filter is also dirty when I opened the air box to check it so I think I'd replace that as well. I'm considering a Kleemann air filter which "allegedly" provides 10 more HP according to mbworld forums. Would you recommend replacing the OEM air filter with this one?

Bhai why older/hynes manual for Honda CG 125 suggests to use 10w-40 oil in engine and newer atlas honda manuals suggest to use 20w-40?
