Well i am now confused that i tested door switch signal before fuse box but following diagram from manual suggests that it goes to door multiplex control unit. Then it communicates with MICU. DMCU is inside the door. I would try and check it tomorrow. Meanwhile i have pending driving side glass service pending as its dirty.

The door lock switch is not the same as your door ajar switch to trigger the dome lamp, the door lock switch is integrated into the door lock control motor on that door.

Test the muxer, "uss ko batao bhai log aaye hain khaata poochne"

it will spit out the error code, test it further and resolve it

As far as i remember (read on forum, xulfiqar bhai's comment) MAP sensors are best to be replaced.

Final verdict will indeed be of Xulfiqar bhai

What do you mean by clean ? It operates in vacuum envoirment. Worst case you open it and it gets clogged by you. You dont need to. Why do you need to clean it?

I dont think any shopkeeper will like this word Nitrile they will stare at you......... what i do if i dont have to work with petrol stuff i use simple rubber gloves from pharmacy

@Xulfiqar i tested the connection on that pin till fuse box connector.

Tested Following1. Switch is fine
2. Tested contunity between switch wire and pin you mentioned. It is fine.
3. Tested that pin for contunity with ground. On door open it shows that pin is at ground and not otherwise.

I guess that everything is fine now blame comes on MICU
What do you say if that was faulty it would not work for other doors but everything works fine. I am getting honda HDS cable on monday InshAllah.

I tried to jump with the connector as shown in manual you gave. I could not find space to insert that connector on fuse box
which one is it one with two pins as in following pic

Is it that place where no connector is plugged?

On honda-tech forum they are suggesting it may be faulty MICU

Dear Xulfiqar I have passo 2007 for the last three years, going very good. When purchased had 42K on ODO and now 75K on ODO (think not actual milage). It is consuming oil say about 1/3 of liter in 5000 Km. No smoke in normal running. Exhaust pipe is not dirty and slight black when touched inside. Giving good fuel average, otherwise no issue at all. Maintenance done regularly well in time and with due care. You can say its a pampered car.What should I do? Need your expert advice.
