@xulfiqar so far my diagnosis is condesser is bad and is not allowing gas to pass freely because high pressure line after condenser is not warm at all. Question is if that happened due to bad compressor then condesser will be clogged now how to check if compressor is deteriorating. Else I thing drier may be clogged also but I don't think that is possible

Radiator fan blades got broken.got new one. Originally there were 4 blades but this time i got 7 blades one.
Is it ok??the fan is louder than before. Tried hard to get the spal but all in vain.

Unless you dont have play and your new fan sits firm on motor you are good to go. More blades and loud noise (because of air being sucked), that is what is going to make you happy in this summer.

If the high pressure line after the condenser is cooled down then either the condenser is working incredibly good or there is low charge in the unit. If there is a choke somewhere you will feel it as a very cold point - it starts to act like an orifice tube and causes the cooled gas to boil over and absorb heat.

The expensive nuskha here is that the condenser is not serviceable. You need to replace with brand new item.

make sure the fan is a balanced item, otherwise it can rattle the motor loose. Too bad you could not locate a good fan. To do that you will need to hunt down the scrapyard.

No used ones are useless. I am talking about new i was too shaked by the price the shopkeeper gave me. Now confirmed from couple of more people. Expansion valve Denso is 1500 rupee and Its condenser is 3.5 to 4k. It is china one. @xulfiqar while i do AC job i dont think expansion valve is goner should i replace just to be on safe side? and other than o-rings do i need to change anything else? i mean rubber pipes etc?

you ask for "english gaari ke fan" - or "aaroo item" - alturr lagana hai generator pe. 12V ka dikhao...

i met sabir at his motor vehicle A/C workshop [ your favourite NEEM ka darakht is still there opposite NUML university campus in North Nazimabad ] - this afternoon, 12 cars were lined up, honda suzuki toyotas and i had to take an appointment which is of Thursday April 23rd at 10.30 am.

i saw 8 vaccum pumps working on cars, 1 was filled up with ref.gas and owner was like. THAAND BHAR GAI gari mai .. !

He is very candid about ' Ham 1995 sai pehlay model ki koi gari nahi laytay ' thursday ko 1995 sai pehlay ki gari maat layeay ga., we had pleasant chat he invited me for lunch which was served during my 30 minute stay.

So, when i purchased my ride 2 months ago i came to know the owner used 20w/50/ in it. And ride had a recent Rings job done. And currently not reducing any oil. So I immediately reverted back to Zic A+ which is i believe a 5w/20 oil. And changed second oil with zic A 10w/40. And have planned to stick to this API grade.
I changed the oils both times at home. So never had a talk about it with any mechanic. But last night a friend came to see me with his mechanic friend so i kind of started exploring his mind as in "what he got" lol.

He told me i should not have used 5w/20 oil right after 20w/50 infact i should have decreased it gradually to 10w/40 and then 5w/20.

But the thing is from what i have learned here (mostly from @xulfiqar bhai ofcourse) keeping in veiw the cleaning and ditergent properties of a synthetic oil i poured 5w/20 synthetic oil to clean any sludge and other skunky stuff created by using 20w/50 oil. And once i am done using that oil i came back to the factory suggested 10w/40 specification.

My question is did i do anything wrong? Should i really have done as that mr.mechanic said??

I have Suzuki liana's air filter housing lyning around in my house.i am thinking to install it in my cultus efi.will it be beneficial??

Why would you do that ? it may increase the Intake air. May be i am wrong but if intake air amount increases in order to make fuel ratio ECU will have to adjust fuel trim you may get more power at expense of less fuel economy

You'll most probably have an increased fuel consumption.

Why would you do that ? it may increase the Intake air. May be i am wrong but if intake air amount increases in order to make fuel ratio ECU will have to adjust fuel trim you may get more power at expense of less fuel economy

I think I am missing something, but afaik, the diameter of the throttle body is what matters.

May be I am wrong as i said in comment. @xulfiqar may enlighten us on this. But what i think engine may get easy because it can suck more air with less effort. More air means more fuel that is what i think

Thats what i want.more fuel is not a problem.i want some decent power

Bahi itne power ka kero ge kia? wase if you dont have O2 things may be other way around but not sure about that either. Because if you dont have O2 then ecu wont be able to tell if car is lean or rich. I think MAP manages it.........

Race lagane h? i have seen a car at workshop he had AEM ECU, F20B DOHC without air filter, no seats no doors and pata nahi kia kia , i thought if he was crazy like that he could have bought a sports car not ruin a 96 civic for that........
