the rear seal installation is not a simple yank with screwdriver and install new, the entire carrier is removed, the seal is measured for seating - it originally has a clearance - it does not bottom out. Fill seal cavity with petroleum jelly to prevent the spring from popping out - install the seal squarely into the carrier
apply some engine sealant on the seal carrier face and then get a plastic yogurt cup and cut it up to use as a sleeve around the crank periphery, once the cup is around the crank you gently push the seal/carrier into place and remove the cup, tighten the bolts evenly.
If your mechanic tries to wrestle the seal into place the spring inside the seal can dislodge.
Please do not use grease in that seal lip as it resists high temperature, petroleum jelly will melt at normal engine temperature, if there is grease in there the seal will resist oil movement and will blow again.
use the same sleeving technique for the front seals.
change the PCV and clean the top breather pipes.
