What should I do- Refill gas? Is the Refrigerant low? I couldn't find the values in the service manual ( Suzuki, I know )
What should the values be after refill and should it be checked at Idle RPM or....?
Thanks- Been boiling since last week. At night, it's cooling is just Lush, but that just kills the concept of having Air Conditioning, if it's only gonna work when the sun goes down... lol.

Xulfiqar, can u pls confirm if it's necessary to mix hi-octane and petrol for JDM cars or is it a waste of money? Mine is a Belta.

Yes of course you can.. make sure to wash off with lots of water. Also make sure your brakes are serviced with correct greases.

btw who checks the high side in pakistan-they just see the sight glass and low side readings-no pressure temp chart,and they fill the gas at idle and i am sure that it has to be filled at 1500 rpms

A skilled tech would check both pressures.

i am overhauling a margalla carburetor.

i can't get the venturi for the main barrel out, it's stuck very bad, i tried spraying it periodically with wd40 for two days but it did not come loose, i even tried pulling it out with a rope. it wouldn't budge, the other comes out by hand, any suggestions?

the carburetor's fuel cut solenoid is also dead, it doesn't move if i give it 12v, can it be fixed

the venturi is held in place with by a screw, just like the other one, if its stuck fast then first make sure the carby is not warped.

The solenoid is not repairable, get a new one - it was usually called - taar waali sillow jet. Mostly because people thought its for idle control. It basically is to cut the supply of fuel to the idle circuit. You can run it without the solenoid too, The engine might "diesel" though.

Not sure. But, I did get AC half service done from Suzuki- The cooling is fine now.
They cleaned the Blower fan, Condenser with high pressure water and soap + scrubbing and Radiator with water, then vacuum for 12 minutes, then refilled the AC Refrigerant from a Denso Green coloured Cylinder.

Just that the Compressor is making a ' Goon , Goon ' noise, noticeable in first and second gear whilst moving, I think I need a new Compressor bearing, which they have to replace under warranty.
Btw- Does Suzuki Swift use Showa Condenser? Does the Condenser have a
ny marks or monograms on them?

how to test if it is warped? by screw you mean it's jet?

you might remember me mention my car dieselling, that was a bad connection for this solenoid on the new carb

how difficult is it to rebuild a 13b....engine has leaked a water seal...thinking of ordering a water seal kit along with the apex seals.

What do I check? I have noticed that the cooling is awesome when I am driving at speeds over urrm 40+ km/h, when in low gears and in city, it's barely noticeable. Btw- I think Compressor Bearing has given up, it makes loud sounds!

Hi bro. hope you are doing good

the issue is with my mitsubishi lancer "cargo" 2007 (station wagon) with a 4G15 engine and a CVT transmission. i got the car as a first owner after import from japan. it was driven 87000 km when i got it and now it is at 107,000 kms. it gets regular oil changes (Zic yellow box, cant remember the type right now). when i bought it, i had all major oils change (CVT, engine and brake) and left the coolant same. The issue is that the car gives good milage sometimes and below average other times. there is excess knocking at low rpms but it goes away when there is acceleration. as soon as the speed becomes stable, the knocking starts too. the car is being run on petrol with no cng installed.

what could be the reason? shall i get the fuel filter changed? i was suggested by someone to have an FPR installed. will that help? what will be the correct engine and CVT oil for my car? and should i use premium fuel mixed with hi octane? i had a tank filled with hi octane once on a trip to lahore and the knocking issue was noticeably less. now i am running premium again and it seems to be increasing.

was the system opened up?

Your symptoms can be a low oil situation.

The original condenser is showa and has a built in dryer capsule.
