Or anybody who knows a reliablle place where I can find it at reasonable prices?

@Xulfiqar bhai can we convert 2 wire o2 sensor to 4 wire? I was reading somewhere if we can give it the ground and switched positive and signal wire to the old wiring will it work? Talking about converting my 7AFE to 4 wire one.

Bhai can/should we use CV grease in between spring leafs while packing them back? And what diesel engines does the tractors we have in Pakistan use, do they have any kind of service repair manuals?

Salam,

Cart: alto 1000cc PKDM only 40K driven.
The problem has been diagnosed which is 1st gear being hard to put in, its the bent level underneath which is causing the issue. i took car to mechanic in Sultan ka kho Rawalpindi and he diagnosed it. it just moved it a little and the gear shift became butter smooth but that was not the permanent fix and its bent and needs to be straightened.

Kind sir in local language he said (LEVER TERA HAI, and BUSH CHANGE HONAY WALAY HAIN , ABHI SHAAM HO RAHI HAI KAL AJANA 1 HOUR KA KAAM)

i cant take my car from islamabad to rawalpindi again, can you please guide me how can the lever be straigtened and wHAt bush are their exactly and what are they called so i can buy them and get them replaced and straightened up from a mechanic in islamabad?

Gabriel was OEM in Baleno. Gabriel one is good.

Most of the time, when I open the door to get out of the car after drive, I place my hand on door corner, i feel earth / current though a lil one but very noticeable. what would be the reason?
Car is Wagon-R VXL.

OE equipment in your car was locally made Gabriel but they are pretty hard to find in the market, the replacement struts are not the same quality as OE parts

CV joint grease is too thin and doesnt work too well in exposed environments like leaf springs - you need a very heavy and sticky grease for them.

The tractors do have their repair manuals - ask the manufacturer.

the gear select lever assembly needs to be taken out and inspected, bushings in their rotating parts are replaced to bring back to new condition. If they are bent, then a quick straightening is done as regular practice.

My cultus 2007 carby is giving low petrol milege . 9-10km/litre

I got its carb serviced too. since service the car, if ignition is turned off just after its stopped, it would jerk like stalling. I searched internet it said its carb solenoid issue which is not attached properly. My mechanic installed electric fuel pump at engine bay to increase fuel efficiency but it didnt help

@Xulfiqar hope you are doing well. Yesterday when i started my car its eps light was on and steering was hard no assist at all. Reseting by battery didnt helped and could not reset it other way because i was not with internet. anyway after starting car three times eps started working again my question is what may be failing? wire or where to start?

ok i have got EPS error which is 14 and it says that DTC 14 = Open or short to body ground in the torque sensor circuit

Also ABS codes were there to my surprise and it was 51 Motor Pump is locked.

WHen i reset the EPS steering was not working at all when car was start. i turned off and on again and it worked. Left assistance is less than right as i feel

5.I checked & engine oil is dramatically decreasing? white smoke is also coming? What you suggest to tackle 1st: Is it ring/ piston problem? just PCV valve or suggest other possible issues?

6.If i have to overhaul whole engine,which would be better option to change & from where to get rings/piston? Which would be expert mechanic? which parts should be replaced?

you also need to switch off that heater circuit otherwise the sensor will burn out.

Do an EPS reset - but if you actually saw a torque sensor code and have low assist on one side then you need to check the wiring for it.

new sensor takes about half a minute - its checked by the ECU and the sensor does switch on again when it gets cold.
