rack spool valve leaking or rack seals leaking.

Rack is in excellent condition. In hot climate it gets more hard. I had this issue before so changed pump and now rack in hope of some improvement but its still the same. Using zic atf.

sounds like you are losing viscosity when the oil in it warms up, this is more pronounced with a weak pump. - There is a screen in the oil tank for the power steering, if that clogs you may lose some assist action - but such is usually accompanied with a pump noise.

Speaking about the rack, how are you claiming it excellent? was it rebuilt or is it a scrapyard item?

Well yes scrapyard item but condition is very good. I had same issue with old rack it started to leak in the end but steering was hard all along.

secondly is this highlighted part the shift solenoid ? while changing from 3 to 4 there is some vibration in my crv but doesnt happen once it shift to 5th so i was thinking of cleaning it

are the steel bosses loose?

I hope your mechanic put the new one in correctly - the words you see "diese seite z gelenkw" actually mean "this side to driveshaft". This is mandatory as its a soft return disc, the meaty side takes the brunt of acceleration - while the soft side absorbs downshift shocks.

Regular discs like the one used on the diff can be used either way.

original carburettor overhaul kariye sahee tarah, mechanical fuel pump install kijeye original wala, agar returnless pump lagadya hai to carburettor overflow hosakta hai.

all 1KZ-TE come with hydrostatic clutch driven fan, the fan only works when the air from the radiator warms up.

it should work like so

engine cold start = fan roars for about 30 seconds
engine warming up = fan is quiet - just free spinning
engine warmed up and radiator is very hot - the fan engages and roars
AC running - the fan engages and disengages depending on temperature

With fan engaged - it will cut itself out above 3000 rpm of the engine - this is to prevent it breaking apart.

Sir what should the tyre pressure be on a stock kzj90/95 prado ? Some people say it's 35 psi, some say it's 30 psi. The tyres are Yokohama geolander 265/70 r16

sir he is not a mercedes mechanic.he even said me sir mene ap ko mana bhi kiya tha k ye na len.even my father,uncle say to me that bhains le li ha tu ne and i literally laugh when they say that corolla is better than my w202.lol...

@xulfiqar Just a general question: Do torque mounts have a role in isolating engine vibrations or are they just concerned with minimising torque production of the engine???

Go Ahead clean them. Is your TPS correctly calibrated ?

My Mira 2008 is in serious trouble. I had got new rings for the engine from Multan 6 months back. The car was ok until recently however, there was some leakage of engine oil (3-4 drops overnight). Now since yesterday the engine oil is bleeding profusely. The leakage seems to be from the head gaskit (where engine head meets the lower body). I have also noticed couple of nut / bolt missing as well as one odd was loose, i am not sure whether they have gone missing now or they were fixed by the last mechanic. The car has reduced oil by almost 1/5th of the marking on the oil dip stick however, the engine runs normally and there is no loss of power. I am not driving the car now. What is your advice, especially with regards to some expert JDM 660 cc mechanic / workshop, Please. the car is 3 speed auto with a 660 cc engine. My location is near Karsaz, Karachi.

not sure about the tps calibration but will do it too
im also thinking of checking the vtec and vtc solenoid screens too since the car has done 128k kms

Im driving civic reborn 07 oriel pt, got my CAT of silencer cleaned/removed as cars performance and pick were greatly being affected. Took to honda point they suggested remove it or new one for 65000rs. Now after removing it engine sound is slightly like 'wheezing' oe air flow seem to be increased. is there any cheap solution i can do to silence that noise. Like maybe installing a custom silencer or anything u suggest thanks alot!
