@Xulfiqar Is this a blown head gasket? or is it just air trapped inside the cooling system?Car is 7th Gen Civic with D16W9.
Problem is car overheats sometimes....issue is not consistent. Radiator has been replaced two days ago but the problem is still there. Also there is NO sticky gluey material deposit under the oil cap.
Need Urgent help.

That looks like air being displaced, I would suggest you check your radiator cap, do the pipes get hard when at normal temperature?

that fluid is not available anymore in Pakistan. Your best bet is to use some thin gear oil like 75W80 API GL4 - make sure it says its for "synchronised manual gearboxes" - the original fill in your car was ATF DII and GM synchromesh additive.

Yesterday bleed the entire clutch system change the kit (FIC Japan)of master clutch cylinder and slave cylinder also the mechanic enhance the size of push rod of slave cylinder up to 1/2 inch, in test drive gradually gear shifting become normal.
Today morning I start the engine and press full clutch and try for gear but no result, feels no clutch has been press, after pumping the clutch and also engine get hot gradually the gear shifting get normal even in excellent condition.

Now the questions is,
1) its normal for few days after changing the kit of master and slave clutch cylinders ?
2) should I change both clutch cylinders and clutch plates ?
3) should I check slave cylinder movement on cold engine by pressing clutch

Getting no result after bleeding process (slave rode movement and clutch pedal pressure is ok which I don?t mention it in earlier posts)the mechanic says that pressure plate is not working well, but hoping for the best I just change the whole clutch system.

But today again same symptoms, gradually gears stuck and feel no clutch has been press (clutch pedal pressure and slave rode movement is ok) mean while pressing the clutch pedal repeatedly the clutch fork get free, after inspection mechanic says the clutch fork not working or may broke from inside.
Old clutch set and cylinders are in average condition and not faulty.

Zulfiqar bhai pl advice.

Your mechanic replaced the clutch and yet didnt see a damaged clutch fork?

In simplest language if one high revs rattling sound is coming.
That means in simple urdu that piece phir gaye hain. And you've to get new set of crankshaft pieces. And oil chamber will be opened and connecting rod nuts will be opened crank shaft will be polished and new pieces will be placed and this thing will coat you approximately.
2-3k piece set.
800-900 crankshaft polishing
And 1-1.5k for mechanics.
And engine oil obviously.

no there is no considerable increase in pipe's hardness when at normal operating temp. Ok i will replace cap and update....
Btw i have observed slight pressure is present in radiator when you open the cap after letting car cool down...

please complain on this dealer, brake fluid exchange is done on a yearly basis for good performance of your vehicles brake, the fluid to use is any good quality DOT3 brake fluid - Guard, Sieken, ZIC, FUCHS, Emarat, Caltex, Wagner etc etc all work good, you will need about 700~1000 ml of it to flush it out.

@xulfiqar Though this is not a relevant thread to ask thisnquestion but can you confirm that causes of o2 malfunctions. As I changed couple of sensors but after a few days check engine light appears and on scanner it shows o2 malfunctioning.
Electtician was saying that,"Yeh o2 sensor jala rhi hai" but don't know reason behind that.

Newer cars have heated O2 sensors - to further get a good answer you need to post what error code was being shown in the can tool.

the o2 sensor is a "sensor" itself - meaning it can only show what it sees in the exhaust - to correctly diagnose this situation the sensor is read "live" and simulated lean and rich conditions are done to the engine.

e.g. the sensor will throw a code even when there is a leak in your exhaust as the sensor is seeing excessively lean mixture, The sensor can also throw a code if it cannot sample ambient air (bad connector or damaged sensor). It can also throw a code for heater circuit error or amplitude too low or sensor too lazy.

You need the error code to work your way down the diagnosis flow charts - slapping new/scrapyard sensors is not your remedy.

I'm really annoyed as I'm not getting proper solution for it even by visiting different electricians and mechanics.

before anything like a new sensor, plot out the sensor and see what its doing. add some fuel to richen the mix and retest - the sensor should respond by going rich, it should equally respond to leaning out when an air leak is made in the inlet manifold.

If nothing happens to the sensor graph then test the wiring to the ECU, if that is ok then you can be assured the sensor is dead or blind. (be wary that engine coolants and silicones will kill a sensor very quickly - make sure nothing like that is there - also make sure your mechanic is not washing the sensor with petrol or WD40 or anything)

Sir i need your help regarding Reliable Ac service center in Islamabad other then Abu Baker G-8 wala ..He is Good but i am not satisfied with his work. my Friend take his Alto 660cc 2007 Model Car to Pakistan Car Ac and he Charge 9000/- for service +Gas & Oil etc and 6000/- replacement of Compressor .. As he diagnose minor Leakage in Compressor.. However AC serviced/open first time from 2007... I personally couldn't understand mystery .. Please see Bill in below post ..

He adjust old Compressor in Rupees 1500/- in Total Bill ..

Reason: to posting this Story .. i want to clear my mind that Technically how could Japaneses compressor leaked .. single handed driven car Register in 2013 ..

I also understand that Japaneses car driven 80k before auction etc ..
