Sir i have another 16 model corolla,their ac did,nt trip like that,but i dont think that on 120,130 constant speed it shoud trip,

it will shut off if the frosting switch reaches 1 degree C. doesnt matter if driving or standing still.

Checked 2,3 ac electricians,they said its common fault in this model,bcz in this model company fitted sensor wala compressor,they said remove it and install previous model clutch wala compressor,kuch samjh nahi aa reha kya keroon?

leave it alone. let it do its job. If you suspect the system is shutting off before the frosting temperature and engine without load signal - then check the frosting sensor input signal.

Usually there is nothing wrong.

Are you wanting your car to behave like a deep freezer? or are you wanting airconditioning?

Xulifiqar bhai ,i just purchased a swift 2014 auto model. Need help regarding. 1- how much auto transmission oil swift pkdm takes? I mean total flush, the one done from cooler lines to drain all the oil out. Plus does swift come with a auto transmission filter?
2- its ac trips out of nowhere and then it wouldnt start normally. The compressor then engages on its own or sometimes wont engage. When it does engages ,the cooling is behtareen. Is the coil freezing up? How to check if its freezing? The car has a clean AC filter and condenser.
3- should i change the brake oil even though it looks clean? I think it havnt been changed. I guess brake oil needs changing every 2 years regardless or color or mileage as it has capacity to absorb moisture and can cause damage to internals? Should i just change?

I need your expert opinion and suggestion. Recently i have purchased honda reborn 2010 milage 92k, AFT changed at 91000 by last owner and car is through out maintained by honda.

While driving from southern punjab to islamabad i have noticed that there is a sound from transmission system of the car. Like when i accelerate the car from 30 onwards the sound keep on increasing till 125 kmph.

I went to Honda center and they said only solution is to replace the gear box though i have gone through your last thread of reborn issues. Kindly suggest me any solution to the annoyong noise. The usage of DW1 AFT will sort out the mentioned issue ?

@Xulfiqar i have a honda city idsi 2007 globally known as honda fit i changed its fuel fikter a while agi and eversince fuel guage isn’t working well apparently it works till half point between full and empty but doesn’t go beyond half line even with full fuel tank i reopened the fuel filter assmebly and the gauge was freely working (the one that dips into fuel and has a float with it) what else i could do , its just the filter i changed from the whole assembly that house fuel pump filter and the float with guage with it

@Xulfiqar sir need answers of few questions.
1- Does ECU leads negative to Heat the oxygen sensor and positive is from ignition?
2- Does Ecu leads negative signal to radiator fan? (want to be on safe side)
3- Ecu requires positive or negative signal from A/C clutch, it comes from diode i think should be positive.
Talking about honda ecu's.

the heater negative for o2 sensor leg is controlled by ECU
the rad fan on early ones is independant from ECU - later ones are contrlled by it (negative side)
the A/C command signal is also negative side - which controls the A/C magnet and fan relay. In early ones it was a 12V signal going into the ECU - on later ones its a 5V - but the control from it is negative.

it's late model honda K series ecu (not oem)
so it's 5v coming from A/C towards the ecu i should disconnect it as it was giving -12 before, car is Pk civic (98) .i need to connect a variable resistor to drop voltages down!
one more thing there are 3 wires in the k series compressor 1 is for clutch and what are for other 2 are they for thermo switch or low pressure switch? they are short normally.

The other 2 wires are the high temperature cutoff.

means they will get open when compressor heats up?
so i can just wire them up with the clutch? and it disconnects the connection when it heats up?

It goes back to the HVAC panel so it commands the compressor on and off appropriately. You can use it as an inline switch too.

Sir i have a question. I hope you dont mind its out of topics. 3 of my friends have honda civic 2005 that eagle eye. I am allso buying this car . My friends are telling me that this car is just close to perfect but its A/C is not good in hot summer days . Is it true or only they are having this problem. And yes i know about fuel economy . Please just tell me about its ac performance.

@Xulfiqar. my Baleno 2004 suddenly shuts down on its own on main road and CEL comes up. no matter what i do, car doesnt start even if i switch to Petrol from CNG. cranks perfectly well but 'phutt phutt' type sound comes from below the air filter's side. i checked current in plug wires and yes it was there on cranking - could see the spark from that screw-driver method. but no start condition. called my mechanic and he asked me to just play with connection of timing sensor aka crank sensor - i did it and car started instantly. but by that time the car was off for around ten mins. my question is that is there current in plugs wires if Crank sensor's wiring is loose? is there any possibility of crank sensor suddenly stopping its job when heated up (i.e after car is run for some time). please note that this no-start situation occurs very rare and all of a sudden. please help me out of this issue.

If you could check cng conversion switch wiring and it's grip.
In some cases they are heated up and sometimes do this type of malfunctioning
