looks like you dont understand written language and neither do you understand video descrption.
Please find your "computer translator" so they can tell you what it means.
its obvious that the coolant is at normal operating temperature - and the engine is at fast idle or more to make it flow - (read description of video)
Its not my problem how you control rpm or that your piece of trash is louder than an earthquake or you are sensitive to hearing loud noises - use ear plugs if you like.

This test can help you determine if your coolant/antifreeze has depleted its add-pack. Do this test in conjunction with an SG test, the SG verifies the mixture is at 50% volume as recommended.
This test is applicable on most cars - and requires the coolant to be at normal operating temperature with it flowing - so raise up engine rpm to spin the pump faster, best results are with systems having access to the top of the radiator where coolant flows - if yours has a surge tank the test threshold would be lower.
