I own Alto VXL (AGS) 24,000 kms driven and bought it in July 2019. I enjoyed this car due to its economy and reasonable pickup. The car is mostly driven on Motorways (ISB- KHI and KHI- ISB once and multiple times to lahore and peshawar). Now coming to my point, for past one month i am feeling like the car is not being as responsive as it used to be like it starts missing (slight jerks) at high speed and car hardly crosses the speed of 120 kms/hr whereas it used to go above 140 kms/hr. I took the car to Suzuki, they installed new spark plugs but problem remained same. I took the car to suzuki again, they did computerised tuning and removed all errors but unfortunately the problem still persist. Then i went to motor clean for cleaning the catalytic converter but the problem still not resolved. I took car to suzuki again, they did gear calibration and took test drive 3 times and concluded that the car is pushing hard or jerking only while A/C is on and i noticed some strange noise from engine while accelerating the car. As per Suzuki technicians it is a normal thing and all altos have same issue. Since i am using this car for almost an year, i had never faced this issue before. I told them it could be due to malfunctioned fuel pump but they denied it as fuel pressure was appropriate.
Can you please guide me what could be the actual reason so that i may not further waste money and time. Thank you
