If your truck is full time 4WD then how you are engaging 4X4 again? For sure the designers in Toyota must be anxious to know about it and so is Xulfiqar's team.
It is suggested to go through user's manual before your next attempt.
What you are doing is engaging 4 Wheel Low range with diff lock on and the truck is doing very right what you have written.
The diff lock is to be used on unpaved surfaces where lose gravel can provide slip to the wheels. Doing so on paved surfaces you are getting closer to break the front CV joints.
You also need to define terms with a well versed mechanic too.
