I thought the same, that they are fully adjustable. But now i am having second thoughts if i should consider them at all. Reason being, CG125's road grip is because of its "Hard" rear shock absorber. This makes the bike very rigid, and uncomfortable but the benefit is that rear tyre sticks on the road, and stays the way especially during turns (wheelers may attest to this fact).
So even if I consider installing these "comfy" shock absorbers (of CG Dream) in CG125, i am pretty sure they will result in a Bumpy Ride. And bumpy CG125 = DEATH MACHINE. Because not only will the bike be very unstable on high speeds (it'll be twitchy), but it'll also result in huge loss of traction of rear tyre on the road.
