I am using a home-made sort of ATS. If I were to replace it with this digital Raptor unit, how much would the Raptor thing cost me? I think I already have all the wiring and "contactors" in place. The generator is 2.4kva. And does this auto-start the generator too or does it only handle load transfers?

It does auto start and turns off once wapda is there. Well the module costs 3.5k and 2.4 kva can run on its own relay system but its good if you have your contactors hooked up, you just need to do some 5-6 connections that is all

I Guess We Have To Connect KESE To It And Then COnnect This To Generator Along With Wiring Gen's Starter With It And Kill Switch

Tell Me How Much Distance It Can Be From GEN SET.....Or Its Required To Be Installed Nearby

I Have 2.5KV Load Gen But I Will Go For 5KVa If I Have To Be On Safer Side....!

How Much That Contactor Can Hold Which is For 5KvA.....

Basically The MAIN Load Is More On KESC But On GEN It Will Be Switched Off So On KESC...It Should Bear All LOAD W.o Tripping

Well at end product you have following connections

KESE IN
GENE IN
NEUTRAL COMBINED
12V + (max 15V)
GROUND for BATTERY
+12 V Out to Starter Solenoid (Only when Starting Generator is active)
Kill Signal . (Goes to Oil Sensor Out or Black wire with it) Used to turn Off the Generator

I have installed it at max two floors down from Generator. What distance do you have

If you use Fujitsu Contractors of 35 Amp for KESE and 15 AMP for Genset you are good to go:) but generally people have isolated wirings for GENSET and KESE.

I see...So Whats Price Of Complete RAPTOR With Contactors And COmplete Package ..The Distance Of Mine Will Be Almost Same As Yours.....

Worried About DC Voltages DROP In Lengthy Wiring.....Or I Can Try To Locate Gen Set As Close As Possible To It....!

Wiring It Will Be A Bit Of Mess As 3 Floors Need To Be Powered In Case Of Outage With Limited Load.......UPS SOrt Of Wiring Needed Where Only Req Load Is Connected .....

Contactors/Load COnnecting SHould Be Good ENough For Trouble Free Operation On KESC Also.....!

Well with good connectors it will cost you 10k + shipping via Daweoo you dont need to wire all shown in picture, Just 7 wires.

Also Tell Me What If Any Of Magnetic Contractor Goes Bad Or Stuck..So It Will Have Any Safety Protection ...GEN LINE And KESC Line Should Not Have A SHORT ....

I Have 3 Floor To Power So Have To Sort Out How We Can Wire It ....Might Need 3 COntactors For That Purpose
