After carefully going through all posts in respective threads you have raised flags for moderation, viewed the executed, deferred and ignored flags. With having access to deleted edited posts as well edited versions are also read.

Almost 90% flags you have raised are non-violation, based on PW policy.
every moderator observes rules of moderation based over the guide lines.

Not all flags can be complied with; as per individuals' desire. We observe and enforce policy for masses not for individuals. Nobody is exempted, even a moderator can lose the status for crossing lines.

The accused member submitted an apology as you desired. Case stands closed between you both.

However, the particular member is suspended with a warning, as lesson to many others not to play witty.

Also, in addition to that member' suspension you are charged for 3 counts.

Count 1 for repeatedly insulting, defaming and using derogatory language for The Honorable Founder of this portal Hanif Bhatti.

Count 2 you are charged with defaming the members of Moderator group. You mentioned the group members as cartel, lobbyist, partner with your targeted member. You repeatedly created and polluted a section with useless threads ignoring all warnings. You continued with inflammatory derogatory comments towards specific moderator despite repeated polite warnings from members and other Moderators.

Count 3 you accused the meaningful technical contributor members as some low life mechanics, extortion party group lobby, did any of them charged or asked you for any money, or any benefit using PakWheels platform?? Make sure you answer that very very carefully.

What do you think this portal Pakwheels is? It is not a local community bill board cable channel with selective access.

Second what is assurance that you or any other mod will not close this thread and will keep it continue unless we reach to the common grounds/decision to agree on.

I have seen number of times before that when mods ran out of comments, they use their powers to close the thread.

Just settle your differences privately no point in fighting on public forums and stop polluting them

On the charges against you, I tend to agree with the mods. If action has been taken against the person you have accused, and also since he has submitted an apology, in my opinion, it will reflect better on you if you take the punishment, foregive, and move on - i.e. resume contributing to this forum I mean.

The best course of action for you at this time is to take the punishment and move on, and resume contributing. I am sure if you take the decision and action in the right spirit, all the closed threads will be re-opened.

I think @tintin1 has been given a fair chance, with action taken against his grievances, I think this chance should be used to make up for what happened in the last few days.

Permanent ban the IP and close all the treads so others learn a lesson as well.

This thread is nothing more than adding fuel to the fire. @capsat apologized. @tintin1 should have accepted the apology there and then and everyone should have moved on.
As before, I AM NOT ON ANYONE'S SIDE, but strongly condemn suspension of Capsat. Very wrong....

"Sorry" means the regret for the actions/words which
are done/said.

But saying sorry like he did..... means he dam care what
is happening and saying sorry like an arrogant leader (or like a party
president).

Sorry is accepted with it comes from heart. And we all
will see it from his next posts here.

However, I do accept his sorry & I ignore his adopted
style to say it.
