Auction sheet not showing up. Not to worry. It could be due to different reasons. You can check whether you received the Japanese Export Certificate for the vehicle or not. The odo reading should be mentioned on it. This seems to be direct purchase from one MDK Corp. You can contact them for detailed info:

A simple Google search came up with the original shipper i.e. MDK Corp from Japan. The following website has original pics and the auction sheet (confirmed to be original btw) listed. Enjoy.

Auction sheet not coming up. Upon a simple Google search, it appears your vehicle was shipped by TAU Corporation so you can e-mail them and ask for one.

Your vehicle should have come with an export certificate which can confirm the mileage for you.

That is not enough information. I need 15-20 days period to search and be more specific about the car too i.e. colour, transmission type. At end of the day, it still might not show up. You should have received some sort of documentation when you got the car. There should be something in there including the Export Certificate.

Lets see their response. This car was imported in Oct, 2015. I hope its auction sheet will be available online after 3 months in Feb, 2016? What do you say? or it is not necesary?

Auction sheet not available. Upon a Google search, it appears that the car was purchased from/shipper from Japan by ZAMAN MOTORS (Zaman Motor - Sale and Export of Japanese Used Cars). Try your luck and e-mail them. I think some company purchases (perhaps not done through regular auction) do not show up under regular auction sheet history. Nothing to worry about btw. This also happens as sometimes the search is not possible by Chassis No. as it is not entered in the history; in those occasions, having a lot/auction number helps.

Did you get an export certificate? It should be a document, everything in Japanese except the kilometers.

Nothing matching your car appears in auction sheets. Reasons could be as mentioned to someone else in responses above.

There is nothing like auction sheet showing up after three months! The auction sheet is available immediately after the auction is complete. It is just that some vehicles do not appear. I could be wrong but I think the reason could be vehicle purchased by private companies directly, not via auction houses.
