Both are FWD; Go for the one with better mileage..!

Just wndrng, a person who can afford 6 million rs. car.. y would he be concerned with mileage or maintenance

And now I think I am comparing apples with oranges.

Though Accord is bigger, but A4 is luxurious with millions of advanced features like
adaptive lights (which move when you turn stearing)
Seperate Air Conditioning for Rear seats,
Automatic Climate Control,
Night and Rain sensors which turn on lights when night hits and automatically turns on vipers when it starts to rain.
Side Assit, which tells you with blinking light on the side mirrors if there is a car on the blind spot. AWESOME feature!
Adaptive Cruise Control, keeps a safe distance from the next car and accelerates itself and apply brakes itself.
Band and Olufsen Sound system, with 14 speakers including subwoofers.
Big wheels,
Interior Mirrors with Automatic Antiglare action, when someone behind you turns on High beam, the mirrors are automatically dimmed.
Electrical rear blind
Rear Camera
Advanced Key, actually its very advanced, You actually never have to touch your key. Just keep it in your pocket and the door will open automatically when you open the door.
Push Start button to start the Engine
Sport bucket Seats
Heated front and rear seats.
Traction Control
Drive Select, choice between, Comfort and Sport.
Hill Hold Assist. Car don't go back when you release accelerator on high road
Lane Assist. The stearing Wheel vibrate when you leave the lane without giving indicator. very helpful on motorway, will save you if you go to sleep while driving
Rear Side Airbags

and there are many more.

All of these features are not offered in Accord.

Dunno how to give an example but get this outa ur head that German's r the best, I mean ok, do u agree that whenever we see a broken down car on a motorway (abroad) its always German/ Brit etc? N rarely c even a I dunno bludy corolla? Germans r good not against them BUT it simply soo does not mean that v even start kissing their poo. K nai nai its v gud as its by Germans! Know what I mean? A lil example would be the new SKYLINE GT-R against the 911 GT2. Read the facts n then u'll know what I meant. Brother when i was in England my friend had A6 and he owned A4 before that and my neighbor got Accord 2006. I drove both. Not kissing German ass or poo but my advice A4. No comparison between them i dont know about new Accord but my experience is based on 2006 and 2007 model both Audi and Accord. There is a different feel and comfort in the Audi. Only my suggestion rest upto you best of luck .

when u hve this monster under the hood forget abt the A4 ....whn i hve to buy car i was also confused which car to buy .......i liked accord more big in size eazy to maintain n best resale value n more then tht .........excellent pick n power

Adding all those extra featuers will cost around 3 Million Rupees Extra, so the actual car price will become 9 Million. Confirmed from Audi.
Its tad expensive from Accord, but aren't we comparing two cars from different classes? One can always cut down the list of optinal features which have little to no use in Pakistan, like Adaptive cruise control.
I also thought of 3.0 A4, but it crossed the 10 Million barrier as the duty went up due to displacement (cc).
Audi dealer said there is 125% duty on 1.8 A4 and more than 200% on 3.0

If I only had enough cash to buy 3.0 or 3.2 A4, gosh, now that would be a monster. With 0-100 in 5 Seconds.

All the features you've mentioned are options and in the UK would add over 10,000 pounds to the price.
