Go for the A6.
Its a rival to the E-class therefore I'm assuming it'll have more goodies then a C-class.

Good luck bro...But if u give the exact spec of the two cars ...it wud help in comparing them effectively.......
Like which c :220, 240, 280 etc..
And which A6 : 2.0 16V TFS, 2.4 24V, 2.8 24V FSI, 3.0 30V Or
4.2 40V/32V FS ( which wud b awesome).......
As far as the Size is concerned A6 is definitely the bigger one out of the two
So more spacious!
But i would suggest you to get a high speced Merc
bcoz as u r comprimizing on size u get a better engine fer the same price as comparted to the Audi ..
Likeif u get :
C 350 3.5 M272 24V V6 272 PS (268 hp/200 kW)...Not bad eh

Audi A6 : 3.0 30V V6 218 PS (215 hp/160 kW)
C 280 : 3.0 24V M272 V6 231 PS (228 hp/170 kW)..
So n paper bro C280 is the more powerful machine f the two but
It boils down to wat ur usage is..
If a nice spacious, more of a family sedan...A6 is the thing fer u
But if u want bit more horses under ur sleeve and a compact sedan then
c280 is the choice....
