I did, and here's the explanation...
1 (one) US $ = approximately 85 (eighty five) Pakistani rupees (PKR)
Therefore, the base price of $60,000 in the US is equivalent to about 5.1 million (51 lakh) Pakistani rupees. The guy was just trying to point out how inexpensive the A7 is in the US compared to what it would be in Pakistan.
The A7 in India, starts at about 7.5 million (or 75 lakh INR), which when converted to Pakistani currency, works out to about 1,41,87570 PKR, or nearly about 1.5 crore PKR. Of course, this type of direct conversion makes no sense given the PPP model, the duty structure of both countries etc.
