1602 are much better than the A series speakers, get those, decent SQ on them.
But then again a two way coaxial wont be as good as a component set.
Ill let you know of a good installer, but the best way is to do a DIY, search some international forums, im sure you'd get to know how to dis-assemble the dash of your city and the door poshish, i learnt how to take apart the doors and dash of my civic online as well, and trust me no installer wont be as careful as you could be yourself when doing things to your car, but still there are some good installers, i would hook you up with a phone number soon if you dont feel like doing a DIy operation on her 
Now the install needs to be good from the beginning, good wires and RCA play an important role along with good amplification and speakers.
