Great effort Mr. Irfan and Family... being a very lazy person i couldn't expect a home lady can go on Miranjani Peak.. Now, i am thinking to touch that Khamba on Miranjani peak in near future .. thanks for sharing...!!

Congratulations ! especially when ladies were accompanying you. it is a tough track and miranjini side of whole track ( nathia gali - Thandiani) is more tough.

Salam to All PW members,

With the help of ALLAH and in the guidance of Mobeen Mazhar @aesiege), me with my wife( @Moona.irfan3), my 2 sister in laws and 1 brother in law have completed track to Miranjani. The track was bit tough for my wife and the other two ladies because it was their first track. the time to reach at the top by a normal trekker is 2 hr 10 mins but as it was their first trek therefore we completed it in about 3 hrs. the track was really beautiful because of the rainy season the flowers were in full blossom plus the hovering clouds in the middle of Jungle were presenting a fantastic view.

clouds accompany us from kallar kahar till Nathia gali, rain started when we reach murree, thunder rain with extreme fog. We talked to guide Amjad( told by @aesiege), he suggested us to do a simple track with the view of waterfall because of ladies. but we all were enthusiastic in doing Miranjani track after reading the travelogue of Mobeen. but if rain would continue then we could not do that. the good luck was when we reached Nathia gali, rain stopped at once and then we did started our track. in the start it was normal but as soon as the time passed, it got tough and last 1 hour was real tough. we should start early to reach back early because we were with family but because of rain all things messed up. thanks to GOD that no sign of rain from the start of track till the end and on our way back. it was our good luck. night stay was in kallar kahar and next day we move for sargodha at 6:30am. took the shots of kallar kahar lake and motorway.

special thanks again to Mobeen MAzhar for help, guidance thumbs up, to guide Amjad for his cooperation, motivation for the completion of track, to Hassan Abdullah , Uzma Hassan and Misbah jaleel for the company. Hassan was not well but he came just for us.

reached pindi: 8:15am
reached Nathia galli: 1:10pm
started track: 2:20pm
reached at top(KHAMBA): 5:35pm
return journey for coming down: 5:58pm
reached down: 7:30pm
reached pindi: 10:30pm

Very nice pics and weather seems to be awesome..Amjad is a nice jolly guy..I trekked to Miran jani with him last year...did he shared with you his " Nakaam love story" ? Just reached back home after completing the Miranjani track in rain/fog/dense clouds.... We did it in 2 hours and 30 min. Thanks Tarar saheb and to your family for sharing your experience which forced us to visit the beautiful track again....

My friend @shahbazzain will start the thread and then I will post my pictures in it.... Unlike you we encountered on and off rain during our track.

I have all that more respect for you and your sisters for completing this track in 3 hours... We did it in 2 hours and 30 min. flat and we didn't have a single proper stay during the track. Although on a bright sunny day you should expect to add 30-45 minutes to this time...

Really a brave effort by your family...A real enjoyable trek.

In how much time did u reach nathia gali?

We were told about the famous U Turn , that after that left mountains are of Miranjani... ladies kept on asking when THAT U turn will come,,,guide was telling them that just few minutes later, you would be on that U turn..BUT in those "FEW MINUTES" we come across hundreds of U Turns...

One of the turn is just ahead.....

That U-Turn comes after crossing pink colored flowers... These yellow colored flowers are in the lower slopes of the ascend....
