Good to know about your pleasant experience with AGS, surely AGS seems to be leading in quality and performance. I think I must go for it.
You tried Osaka and Exide & FB, Osaka is also manufactured by Volta factory, Osaka & Volta are sister brands and yes their quality has degraded a lot in my experience.
In August 2021 I had purchased 2 X Volta P250( 27 plates 180 AH) from factory for my solar system but they only lasted till March 2023 and really disappointed from early end to their life.

Using Daewoo in almost 5 cars including my relatives and no issues
They can give you 2 years easily

AGS & EXIDE are two brands which can be trusted for performance and if needed warranty replacement.

buy from dealership which prepare batteries with clean fresh electrolyte. at avg the AGS & EXIDE served in vehicles very well for 28+ months in past 30 years.

What service life are you expecting from ags hybrid.
In my experience the water ones provide a service l life of 4 yrs.
Also @capsat if one buys from a 3S dealer, they have car brand name printed on the battery as well. Are the specs and performance same? As compared to dealer?

4 years is more than enough service life for a car battery especially manufactured in Pakistan where as other brands fail in 1.5 - 2 years

This hybrid AGS comes pre charged and prefilled with electrolyte from company so hopeful that it will last longer inshallah

sir i only buy from battery dealership, with my choice of amp rating to fit in battery holder.
the most important point in a vehicle battery purchase is terminal positions. it is always mentioned with manufacturers code as additional prefix R & L for position of positive terminal. Terminal position is with with respect to steering side firewall - 12 V 38 AH Model GR55 means positive is on right facing firewall

Exactly I know about the R & L nomenclature indicating Right or left positive terminal. Mostly car batteries have Left positive in Pakistan.
Japanese hybrid or JDM cars mostly have R positive I think

What is special about this battery and why it is called hybrid?
It looks like, it water needs to be check like all the other simple batteries

It's construction is somewhat different from normal lead antimony battery, though it's filled like normal lead acid battery but difference in this battery is that it's coming prefilled with electrolyte from company, so hopeful that SG of electrolyte would be accurate till 1.27 and that sulphuric acid used would be 99% pure.
It's caps are also different than normal lead acid battery, caps of this hybrid battery have inner silicon type sealing also preventing unnecessary electrolyte escape and very tiny gas vent hole.

Alhamdulillah cleaned the terminal and applied WD40 on nut/bolt myself & and removed it's terminal looseness/ply due to terminal wear & tear by cutting a nail by hex and fitting inside the terminal to remove ply. Alhamdulillah terminal is perfectly tight now

Of course it would probably have some different chemistry also than normal lead acid battery like added alloy material used on positive & negative grid plates for extra endurance my guess etc etc
Like the maintenance free ones have calcium added grid plates structure as claimed by companies
