No customs duty. I don't know how these will perform. I chose the premium ones. My friend has 23 dollars one running fine only but the one I have got has better chipset. Please compare the specifications also.

Just bulbs replaced
It is grip to grip fitting no wire cutting involved. Any good electrician will do it. I got it replaced from a workshop inside a service station in Police Foundation O-9 where I get my car washed.
