Kindly ask the expert from whom you got it I have not yet bought any wax for my kit. No need for next six month after the detailing session within 24 hours of delivery.

i have got unusual question for you

i am going through the same delima you must have gone through just before making the mind of going for 1.6 variant.

i am confused between 1.6 and 1.8 variant. Taking about 1.8 i think grandee is the way to go and on 1.6 we have only option.

Therefore Considering yourself in my shoes...what choice would u make.... considering the fact that its appx 300k difference in price (one time) and then there are certain recurring costs involved (mileage, token etc etc). On the other hand.. yes.. there are certain value add-ons like CVT, sunroof extra padding on doors i guess and of course more engine power and the joy/ feeling of driving top of the line varient.

i hope you can understand my situation and would do your best to help me make a better decision.

Well written. Many are asking the same question. I would say compare the difference between the two along side the price and ask yourself will you start to upgrade your 1.6 to grande specs or are happy with the 1.6 specs as they are? If you are going to start upgrading then got for grande if not stick to 1.6

i have to stretch my self financially little beyond my comfort zone to hit grande.... and by doing so i am just trying to make sure that i wont regret my decision. Specially keeping in mind the fact that i have to drive at least 60km daily for office and i have no intentions to sale it for next 5,6 years.

And talking about resale... which one will break more money ?

I guess there are few feature you cant upgrade from 1.6. (CVT, paddle shifters, engine, may b speed o meter )

1.6 is actually a Gli AT 1.6 as in previous generation with the exception of alloys and multimedia navi. It hardly has any "Altis" element except the badge on the trunk Should have come with CVTi, Cruise Control, fog lights and keyless entry at least to be called an Altis.

Yes it would be great to drive a Grande daily for 60 kms. My minimum run is also at least 50 kms from home-office-home via Islamabad Expressway and believe me I enjoy this arduous journey now on an automatic. My previous ride was a 2005 Xli.

looks your fuel is covered... as you are not much worried about the dent it will put on pocket each month Or you feel.. its still worth it ?
