Zuhaib bhai. You are confusing two things. One is WHT on purchase of new vehicle, the rates of which are still same, and the other is WHT on transfer of vehicle ownership, the rates of which have been reduced in this budget. So, for filer, WHT on purchase of new 1.6 L engine vehicle is still 50K.

Is there any solution for scratch mark on bumper, paint is removed. My car is insures is there any thing I can do about it?

Just go to to dealership tell them to estimate it. Ask them to use cutting (I heard the term there) first to see if it goes away or fades. Depends how big and visible the scratch is. If it is not visible six feet away leave it. Else you will have to call insurance.

If car is less than six months old, you will have to pay 5 percent, if more than six then 10 percent of the cost of complete repaint of the bumper. Will take at least three days, they may ask you to leave the car in paint shop or just remove the bumper.

U will have to pay nothing..as there are no labour charges u have to pay...insurance company will pay the labour charges

There is a TPL guy now at every dealership all the time. Just tell him if it can be done without paint he will get it done for free. If it cannot be done by applying a Qalam or then the entire bumper will go to paint booth. 3S do not paint a portion, but the entire piece.

I guess I will live with this for now.... will opt for full bumper repaint after a year when my insurance would b near to expire nd by then there would b other scratches to hide as well.

Why not hide it by using qalam for some time then afterwards you can get it painted by any reputed Toyota dealership..

Yes. Take to 3S and ask them to use cutting and if they don't go way, use qalam.
