Bad mileage Faw V2

Hey all
I have a faw V2, it has almost 10,000Km on it and its giving me around 11.5km per litre it should be around 14 but thats not the case. can the air fuel ratio be changed through EFI tuning? i was thinking about getting it changed to 14.7:1

O2 sensor(if V2 has) does this automatically for you.

But that still doesn't change the optimum burn ratio of the air fuel mixture, which is preset in the ECU. does it?

The car is a monster to be honest. the acceleration is very nice, i think only the civic turbo can beat it in 100m drag race.
outside of the car is very rigid, paint doesnt come off easy can survive minor hits aka cycles rickshay etc. Seats are very nice and big feels like corolla mein bethe hein can easily fit 5 people.The tyres are 175/65R14.
Suspension ka i have no idea.
Insides are all plastic the dash is nice black doesnt get dirty but the glove compartment and the doors are mostly white and they get dirty quick. The hand break needs to be tightened a bit. i am concerned about the mileage bht petrol peeti hai.Moreover parts ka issue hai you can only find OEM parts at dealerships lahore mein sirf 2 hein one on queen's road and one at jail road. Thrid party parts try nahi kiye not sure if they will fit. Baaki the drive is really nice and responsive. the stick shift is quite stiff in the beginning but it gets smoother as you drive

Mien read kr raha hoon people think faw v2 routine cars like suzuki wagnr aur honda jaisi nahi hy
Janab yeh such hy faw v2 is far better than all this
Suspension is more soft than honda city
No comparison with suzuki khataras
Fuel average on realistic basis
Within city with ac 1 or 2 gear shifting almost 10/l
Within city with ac above 3rd gear 12/l
Long route without ac 100 speed believe me 16-18/l
Long with ac above 100 speed 14/l
