@ MGK..Brother phase 9 files are in minus..Enclave 2 files are in minus..I was also the staunch supporter of bahria town but the way it is proceeding now,it is simply gambling.My cousins are one of the parties who are regular investors of bahria town and they use to invest heavily but now they also have many reservations on the way the things are moving.

there are 3 sizes, 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal.
files are available in loss.
3 year installment plan i.e. 12 quarterly installments.

Actual price was:
5 marla at 39.55 lac
10 marla at 85 lac
1 kanal at 165 lac

Do not invest there as it is currently going in loss and it will even go more on the negative side because it is way over priced and nothing on ground..I sold my files on loss and dealers are also stuck..
Better go for defence paradise and it can give good returns.
BTW i am a realtor and deals in dha and bahria town..If any one wants to get good deals at dha all phases and bahria,he can freely contact me..And for booking of defence paradise,you can also contact me..

I have one plot in Bahria Town Phase 8. Plot no is 1384 and Sector is F3. I have another plot in Sector S in DHA Phase 2 Extension with all dues including development charges paid. How much should i expect for these two plots? Thanks

Bahria Enclave phase 1 is complete and ready possession you can buy and start building tomorrow whereas Enclave-2 possession is expected in 3 years and its on installement plan.

My personal opinion Gulberg why because gulberg lahore big society big name, best location in islamabad connected by one of the most active routes of isb i.e. expressway backed by IB which is strong party. If airport remains at the same place then its also a plus. But market favors bahria why because of bahria's proven record in isb/pindi, overseas pakistani always prefer bahria because they just trust on its name and they know it wont let them down and a cherry on top of this cream cake i.e. malik riaz factor.

As I said earlier that this project will have even better prospects as compared to the existing bahria town rawalpindi because of its location so here it is a unique service announced by bahria for enclave.
